Job summary

Adidas Colombia is seeking a senior DC Operations leader to oversee inbound, inventory control and outbound processes. You will drive productivity, implement cost-effective strategies, and ensure on-time order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, inclusive workplace.

Lead the DC and 3PL teams, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement and adherence to adidas values across all activities. Strong English/Spanish communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain Management with leadership experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies with sales channels to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Drive DC strategy implementation to fulfill orders on time and in full.
• Plan resources with CS and Order Fulfillment to optimize service and cost.
• Oversee DC operations including receiving, put away, picking, packing, returns.
• Manage DC budget forecasts and KPIs, focusing on labor, throughput, and cost.
• Develop DC capability for service models and capacity planning.
• Foster continuous improvement and adidas values within the DC team.
• Collaborate with customers to align service expectations and quality.
