INGEPSY is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to centralize data from paid media and CRM into a reliable warehouse. You will own ingestion, CRM connections, and the multi-source data model, enabling fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit clients.

You will design scalable pipelines, implement modular dbt/Dataform transformations, and maintain robust CI/CD with strict data segregation across clients. Strong SQL, BigQuery, and Python skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or a comparable ETL platform.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and pipeline automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows; multi-client data environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture—connect APIs into Adverity and build scalable pipelines.
• Own CRM integration—connect Slate, Salesforce, and HubSpot to the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery and design efficient schemas for multi-source data.
• Own transformation & mapping—modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming conventions.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation—maintain GitHub Actions and multi-client data isolation.
• Enable the reporting layer—support Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Drive data quality—monitor pipelines, validate data, and flag risks to leadership.
