INGEPSY is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines for paid media and CRM. You’ll connect ad platforms and CRMs into Adverity, move data into a BigQuery warehouse, and build modular pipelines in dbt or Dataform that feed Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

You will optimize schemas, manage CI/CD and data segmentation across multiple education and nonprofit clients, with a focus on data quality and scalable reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations and destinations in ETL platforms.
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery transformation and modeling experience.
• Expertise with modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines (dbt/Dataform).
• Python for custom API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, CAC and platform schemas.
• Proficient Git and collaborative workflows with multi-client data segregation.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from ad platforms into Adverity, via custom Python connectors.
• Maintain reliable CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to feed warehouse data.
• Design and optimize the Google BigQuery warehouse and schemas for multi-source marketing data.
• Build and map SQL transformations in dbt or Dataform with clear naming conventions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across clients.
• Create fast Looker Studio views and Google Sheets reports for clients and partners.
• Monitor data quality, validate data and troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
