EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and document database structures, build scalable data models, and ensure data governance across projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain data quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with major DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of NoSQL data stores and JSON data modeling.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing database structures to understand data flows and dependencies.
• Document schema, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
• Design and develop scalable data models with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models.
• Ensure data models comply with governance and regulatory standards.
• Monitor data quality and implement validation processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and engineers.
• Provide insights and training on new data models.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
