EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Director of Data Consulting to lead data-driven strategies for global clients. This executive role focuses on shaping enterprise data solutions, governance, and analytics, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will drive high-impact data programs, mentor large teams, and influence data engineering, architecture, and cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Remote-first with international collaboration opportunities.

Formación

• 15+ years IT experience with enterprise data initiatives.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple projects.
• Expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP and Databricks.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design, development, and implementation of enterprise data platforms and solutions.
• Define data frameworks such as data lakes and analytics platforms using cloud providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data architectures.
• Provide advisory services on data strategy, governance, and operating models.
• Lead consulting engagements and presales in data engineering and analytics.
• Analyze current data environments and recommend improvements for quality and governance.
• Stay informed on industry trends in data management, AI/ML, and cloud solutions.
• Support accelerators, blueprints, and open-source tools for EPAM Data Services.
