EPAM Systems is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services. We are expanding our Salesforce team with a Senior Salesforce Developer to model data, handle large data volumes, and integrate with third‑party systems.

You will implement complex business logic, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance and scalability while collaborating with a multinational team on telecommunications projects.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce for enterprise solutions.
• Experience in Salesforce Development and components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex for server-side logic.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Automation Processes to streamline workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration to external systems.

Responsabilidades

• Apply strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform, with expertise in data modeling to address complex business requirements.
• Work with a team of 6 to 10 colleagues and engage with third-party vendors to support Salesforce development within the telecommunications domain.
• Participate in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project requirements and progress.
• Communicate effectively to convey ideas and collaborate toward shared goals.
• Handle multiple tasks in parallel and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct technical research and propose optimized solutions for business needs.
• Build new functionalities based on input from analysts and product owners.
• Provide ongoing support, deliver enhancements, and refactor existing features.
