EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to drive data-centric programs across the organization. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage delivery from inception to closure, and ensure alignment with strategic business priorities.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define success metrics, manage risks, and deliver high-quality data solutions using Tableau and AWS in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience across varied projects and settings.
• Minimum 2 years in Lead/Manager/Coordinator capacities.
• 2+ years guiding teams of at least 5 members.
• Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects or releasing a product to market.
• Strong foundation in project administration: planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Proven expertise in handling data and data-centric initiatives.
• Understanding of data architecture concepts including data modeling and system integration.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services supporting data and infrastructure.
• Solid command of the SDLC and delivery processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English at an Advanced level.

• Provide consistent reporting on progress, milestones, and outcomes.
