Perficient is seeking a QA AI Technical Professional to join our LATAM team. This role focuses on researching AI/ML for QA, designing AI-enabled QA solutions, and supporting sales and delivery with AI QA engagements.

You will collaborate with QA SMEs, architects, and leaders to define patterns, data pipelines, and integration models, ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI in QA. Proficiency in English required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Advanced QA/AI knowledge and experience preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML applied to software QA.
• Strong communication and leadership for advisory roles.

Responsabilidades

• Research emerging AI/ML QA technologies and benchmark tools.
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled QA solutions and reference architectures.
• Support sales, pre-sales and delivery with AI QA engagements.
• Mentor teams and align QA practices with AI strategy.
