Job summary

Coupa Software is seeking a Sr Customer Value Consultant to lead focused engagements that help customers adopt Coupa and extract full value from the platform. You will diagnose adoption barriers, develop recovery plans, and drive implementation with hands-on configuration when required.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive continuous improvement in customer success, leveraging your strong consulting and project management skills and English fluency to

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in customer success or similar client-facing roles at software/SaaS.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software; Coupa or similar spend-management preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1+).
• Strong consulting and engagement management skills with credibility building ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities; analytics mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead time-bound engagements to help customers adopt Coupa and realize full value.
• Manage engagements end-to-end: define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Diagnose adoption barriers with customers and craft recovery plans.
• Configure Coupa where needed and run workshops with practical recommendations.
• Provide customers with tracking mechanisms to sustain momentum after engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to improve customer success.
