Job summary

Ten is seeking a Junior Workforce Planner to help ensure reliable staffing for a 24-7 global operation. You will analyze data, forecast volumes, and manage rosters to meet SLAs across regions. You’ll support a global team and work on improving productivity and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with IT and operations leadership to maintain schedule integrity, sign off on annual leave, and adapt plans for events and holidays in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Strong data-driven approach to forecasting and staffing.
• Ability to analyze trends and translate into actionable plans.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze historical data, forecast volumes, calculate headcounts, and create schedules to meet SLAs.
• Provide standardised daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and ad-hoc analytics to the operations team.
• Manage rota and time-off processes, ensuring adherence to schedules across regions.
• Prepare schedules ahead of each quarter and present to stakeholders.
• Meet or beat target SLAs through effective workforce planning and optimization.
• Organise coverage for holidays, regional time changes, and one-off events.
• Provide analysis to improve staffing levels and efficiency; approve overtime and lieu time with monthly reporting.
