Job summary

Publicis Groupe Bogotá is seeking a Senior Creative Designer with 4+ years of experience in digital design and creative production. You will conceptualize and develop high-quality digital solutions that balance visual design, storytelling, brand consistency, and user-centered thinking, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital design, visual design, or creative production.
• Advanced English proficiency, B2 minimum.
• Proven experience in Visual Design, Web Design, and Creative Production.
• Strong portfolio across a broad range of digital design projects.
• Excellent visual judgment with typography, color, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience presenting proposals to stakeholders.
• Previous exposure to Art Direction is desirable.
• Knowledge of Illustration and UX is a plus.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics is highly valued.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular is a plus.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, InVision, Keynote, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize concepts.
• Design and adapt assets for websites, emails, banners, and digital formats.
• Execute production tasks like image retouching, illustration, infographics, and more.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand identity and project goals.
• Present concepts and design solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and support their development.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools.
• Conceptualize and develop high-quality digital design assets consistent with brand strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming, reviews, and project kick-offs.
