Sinergia Animal is seeking a strategic Communications Senior Lead to elevate public visibility, media impact, and digital growth. The role focuses on media relations, digital marketing strategy, and ensuring cohesive messaging across newsletters, CRM, and website channels.

The ideal candidate will lead narrative development, build high-level media relationships, and drive data-informed campaigns in support of animal protection advocacy globally, with a strong emphasis on Spanish and English

Formación

• Degree in journalism, social communication, or similar.
• 7–10+ years of experience in communications, media relations, or digital campaigning.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead media strategy and public positioning for Sinergia Animal.
• Build and leverage a network of journalists and media outlets.
• Secure high-impact media coverage across channels.
• Define and strengthen media positioning in the country (Colombia) and beyond.
• Drive digital marketing strategy for audience growth and performance.
• Oversee newsletters, email engagement, and CRM alignment.
• Coordinate website content alignment and strategic oversight.
