Medtronic is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of enterprise creative platforms (Adobe CC, Acrobat, Shutterstock) across Colombia. You will own product roadmaps, licensing, and vendor management while partnering with Creative, Marketing, Brand, IT, and Security teams to maximize value.

Remote work model across major Colombian cities enables collaboration with global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, marketing tech, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Admin Console.
• Experience with stock-content licensing, asset governance, and content compliance.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and digital asset management workflows.
• Understanding of information security, privacy, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and improvement of Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Shutterstock.
• Oversee license management, access governance, and platform integrations.
• Drive platform adoption, change management, and governance across IT, Marketing, and Security.
• Define Shutterstock usage and content licensing within enterprise workflows.
• Lead supplier relationships, renewals, and value realization for creative platforms.
• Develop analytics and reporting to measure platform impact and ROI.

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Analyst in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat & Shutterstock to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of enterprise creative and content platforms. This role will own the product roadmap, platform operations, licensing and vendor management, content supply chain integrations, and value realization initiatives, ensuring Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, and Shutterstock deliver secure, scalable, and high‑impact solutions that support business objectives across the organization. As a hands‑on Product Owner and strategic partner, this individual will drive platform adoption, governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Brand, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Sourcing teams. The role will help evolve Adobe services into a measurable, business‑driven managed service model and requires strong product management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This position offers a remote work model across major cities in Colombia while supporting Medtronic's global operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, and Shutterstock, ensuring effective licensing, access management, integrations, platform adoption, change management, and alignment of product capabilities with business needs and objectives
• Govern Adobe platform operations and administration, including access and license management, user governance, platform standards, vendor coordination, support escalation, service optimization, and collaboration with IT and Cybersecurity to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a high‑performing user experience
• Own the governance and define the usage of Shutterstock across the enterprise compared to other imagery stock houses, ensuring compliant content sourcing and licensing, asset lifecycle management, stakeholder alignment, user enablement, and seamless integration into creative and content production workflows to maximize asset reuse and business value
• Partner with other team members on the integration and optimization of the content supply chain ecosystem, managing workflows across Adobe platforms, improving collaboration, asset reuse, automation, and governance, while aligning standards, training, and creative enablement across the organization
• Lead security, compliance, and risk management for Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat and related content platforms by overseeing governance, security reviews, regulatory compliance, vulnerability remediation, and policy adherence in partnership with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant platform operations
• Serve as the primary enterprise liaison for Adobe creative products and Shutterstock, driving vendor relationships, roadmap alignment, service performance, stakeholder engagement, renewal planning, value realization, and cross‑functional governance to maximize platform effectiveness and business outcomes
• Assessing new Adobe AI releases and models before enterprise enablement, and driving role‑based training and adoption measurement
• Develop and support a sustainable funding and managed‑service model for Adobe creative platforms by assessing business demand, operational support needs, governance requirements, utilization trends, and value realization metrics, while enabling effective chargeback planning and service scalability
• Develop and deliver analytics, reporting, and value realization insights for Adobe creative platforms, leveraging usage, adoption, cost, compliance, and operational data to optimize investments, guide roadmap decisions, support renewals, and provide actionable visibility into business impact and platform performance

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, marketing technology, digital experience, design operations, content operations, business administration, or a related field
• Practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Admin Console, enterprise licensing, access governance, and platform support models
• Experience with stock‑content licensing, digital asset governance, usage rights, or content compliance; Shutterstock experience is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of enterprise integrations and workflows involving digital asset management, work management, content creation, document collaboration, or generative AI capabilities
• Working knowledge of information security, privacy, compliance, accessibility, change management, and controlled‑release practices
• Experience with AEM Assets/DAM, Workfront, Adobe Express, Adobe Stock, Firefly, Creative Cloud Libraries, Flexera, or comparable enterprise platforms as well as with managing SaaS renewals, chargeback models, license optimization, vendor business reviews, or value‑realization reporting are nice to have
