SGS is seeking a Senior Collection Specialist to join the Bill to Cash team in Bogotá. You will oversee the collection of outstanding payments, conduct strategic collection activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate customer payment data and timely resolutions.

The role requires a professional degree in a related field, a minimum of 3 years' experience, strong Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, and a B2 level (business) English

Formación

• Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related positions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• B2 level English, preferably Business English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of collection strategies, managing calls and correspondence.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve discrepancies and open positions.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and review statements.
• Provide feedback on bad debts and write-offs to AR team.
• Ensure compliance with SGS policies and procedures.
