Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sponsor Dedicated - Project Data Manager for multi-LATAM locations to lead Data Management activities across projects. You will act as the functional lead, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires CRO experience, strong project management, and experience with Oracle Clinical, Rave or Inform systems. Travel up to 25% may be necessary; LATAM-based coordination with sponsors and teams is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in biological sciences or RN; equivalent experience accepted.
• Clinical data management experience or equivalent
• Experience with data management practices and relational databases
• Strong project management and leadership experience
• CRO experience preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle Clinical, Rave, or Inform systems
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and email; strong communication
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Lead for Data Management and liaison with PM, Clinical Monitoring, and other groups
• Coordinate the work of the Data Management/Data Operations team
• Ensure launch, delivery and completion of Data Management activities per SOPs and regulations
• Provide project-specific training to stakeholders
• Manage project finances including revenue recognition and scope changes
• Monitor project progress with status reports and metrics
• Plan and request resources for assigned projects
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation per SOPs
• Maintain TMF filing and documentation up to date
• Participate in internal and sponsor meetings and audits
• Mentor data management staff and contribute to bid defenses
• Maintain proficiency in Data Management systems through training
• Perform other duties; travel up to 25%
