Job summary

You will oversee project teams, mentor junior PMs, and contribute to bid defense and business development while maintaining inspection readiness and high-quality deliverables across trials.

Responsibilities

• Manages interdisciplinary clinical projects ensuring GCP and SOP compliance.
• Liaises with customer to ensure launch, conduct, and closeout per contract.
• Leads clinical teams to meet quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Owns financial performance of assigned projects.
• Delivers project scope and regional deliverables.
• Coordinates partners and proactively manages issues.
• Maintains project data in databases and tracking tools.
• Prepares and presents project materials for meetings.
• Trains and mentors PM staff; supports team building.
