Bluelight is a leading software consultancy with a global client base. We seek a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements.

You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers—leading discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring the delivered solution solves the intended problem. You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories for engineering estimates.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog ahead of each sprint.
• Coordinate with UI/UX design in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
• Support sprint demos and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
• Keep requirements documentation organized for easy access.
