Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements across client, product, and engineering teams. You will lead discovery, map processes, and write user stories with acceptance criteria while ensuring delivered solutions address the intended problems.

You will collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA, facilitate stakeholder interviews, and help scope new projects. Fluency in English and Jira/Figma experience are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar on software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories for engineering estimation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and open questions early, driving them to resolution.
