Bluelight seeks a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring solutions solve the intended problem.
You'll lead stakeholder interviews, document current-state and future-state processes, break scope into epics and stories, and collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and Product Manager to ensure alignment and
Formación
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
- Proven ability to run discovery and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
- Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.
- Hands-on experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable leading client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.
