Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge clients, product teams, and engineers. You will translate business problems into actionable requirements and help scope projects across client builds and internal products.

You'll run discovery, map processes, write user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira, and collaborate with UI/UX in Figma to ensure flows match the needs, while guarding for quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
• Experience turning ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to lead client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Document current- and future-state processes, rules, data definitions.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with Product Manager to groom the backlog for sprints.
• Ensure requirements align with compliance, security, and audit needs.
