Job summary

Digital Harbor Bolivia is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our growing tech team. You will gather requirements, analyze business needs, and help translate them into clear specifications to support product improvements and project delivery.

Collaborating with Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams, you will identify process improvements and create reports and presentations for stakeholders. English fluency is essential, and Agile knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
• SQL or data analysis knowledge is a plus

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
