Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem.

You’ll help scope and estimate projects, collaborate with UI/UX and QA, and ensure strong test coverage. Proficiency with Jira and Figma and fluent English are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years in software analysis or similar.
• Experience turning ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories engineers can estimate.
• Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions early and drive resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog ahead of each sprint.
• Collaborate with UI/UX design in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
• Work with QA to ensure acceptance criteria translate into test coverage.
• Support sprint demos and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
• Keep requirements documentation organized for easy review later.
• Capture compliance, security, and audit requirements as explicit needs.
