About Us

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about technology, process optimization, and client collaboration. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our design/development teams, ensuring every custom software project is perfectly aligned with business goals and user needs.

This is a full-time, remote role working closely with our U.S.-based leadership and clients.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with U.S. clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications.
Create process maps, wireframes, and flow diagrams to guide our design and development teams.
Participate in client meetings and presentations (in English).
Work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Identify opportunities for workflow automation and business process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (you’ll work directly with U.S. clients).
Proven experience gathering and managing software requirements.
Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Miro, or Figma.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SaaS, web applications, or custom software development projects is a plus.
