Job summary

Chubb Life Fund is hiring a BI Dashboard Specialist to build and optimize dashboards using Qlik Sense and Power BI. The role supports customers and management, enabling data-driven decisions across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dashboard development, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with Oracle and SQL Server. Proactive communication and collaboration with analysts are essential in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years in dashboard manipulation, creation, and training to others if needed.
• At least 3 years of experience in Qlik Sense and/or Power BI.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create complex dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI with ongoing improvements.
• Communicate blockers, concerns, issues, delays in a timely manner.
• Design solutions meeting high-complexity user requirements and future needs.
• Perform high-complexity testing to prove results meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and users to propose effective visualizations.
• Identify root causes of complex issues and implement long-term fixes.
