Job summary

The Chubb Seguros Colombia S.A. team is seeking a skilled BI professional to create dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI to support decision-making across Claims, management, and customer-facing units.

You will translate business questions into visual analytics, design high-quality reports, and train colleagues on dashboard usage. The role requires strong SQL/Oracle skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced insurance environment with clear communication in English

Qualifications

2 years in dashboard manipulation, creation and training to others if needed
At least 2 years of experience in Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
At least 2 years of experience in SQL, Oracle, SQL server; Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

Create complex dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI, with initiative participation and development of improvements.
Have timely communication to raise blockers, concerns, issues, delays, etc.
Ability to design a solution that will meet the user requirements of high complexity and address future requirements.
Design high complexity testing to prove a result that meets the requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and users to provide the best solution to customer needs; propose useful visualizations.
Identify sources of high complexity issues and blockers and find long-term solutions.
