ICBD Global is seeking a seasoned Financial BI Analyst to own the reporting and visualization function within Finance & Accounting. You will turn financial data into reliable dashboards and reporting products that provide leadership with clear visibility into cash, payments, spending, and entity-level performance.

This senior, high-trust role requires data accuracy, discretion, ownership, and strong judgment to ensure reliable financial insights across multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Data/BI Analyst focusing on reporting and dashboards.
• Strong experience with financial data and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, RLS, publishing, refresh management.
• Advanced Excel and transforming workbooks into reliable reporting sources.
• Experience handling confidential financial information with discretion.
• Excellent English (B2+) for collaboration with US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Power BI reporting products from requirements through maintenance.
• Build dashboards for cash position, balances, payments, spending, and consolidated/entity-level reporting.
• Design and maintain a simple data layer using Excel and direct system connections.
• Extract and work with NetSuite data via SuiteAnalytics Connect.
• Transform finance workbooks into structured reporting sources.
• Establish data quality controls and data definitions across reports.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and processes.
• Enable Finance and leadership to use dashboards independently.
