Lean Tech is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer / Tech Lead with strong experience in distributed systems and functional programming to join our team.

This role emphasizes owning technical direction, designing scalable backend services, and mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust solutions in a cloud-based, event-driven environment.

Formación

• Backend experience with F# or willingness to work with F#.
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Experience with RESTful services and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to mentor teammates and lead through influence.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain backend services using F# in a service-oriented architecture.
• Act as technical lead, driving system design and decisions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead discussions, evaluate trade-offs, guide team decisions.
• Promote event-driven design and CQRS/event sourcing where appropriate.
• Ensure quality through tests and contribute to end-to-end testing.
• Maintain observability and participate in on-call rotations.
