Movate is seeking a Technical Team Lead to guide a team of Full Stack Engineers responsible for designing, building, and supporting FinTech and SaaS products. You will own delivery outcomes, architecture, and people leadership across multiple products.

The role emphasizes modern stack expertise, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and collaboration with product and business stakeholders to drive scalable, secure solutions.

Formación

• 8-10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and enterprise application development.
• Strong SQL Server architecture and optimization.
• Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Good understanding of Angular-based applications.
• Strong Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery experience.
