Scope of Work

• Take on lower-priority engineering work the team lacks bandwidth for, including compliance, engineering maintenance, cost-savings, observability, experiment clean-up, and operational tooling.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable software systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design, validating solutions through data and experimentation where appropriate.
• Participate in code and design reviews.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers.
• Clarify requirements and perform mid-level design work, focusing on coding, testing, and documentation.
