INGEPSY is seeking a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems for a product-led engineering team. This role uses Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB Atlas, and Aurora MySQL on AWS, covering everything from operational tooling to system architecture.

Comfort picking up compliance, cost-savings, and observability work matters here. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver high-quality

Formación

• 3+ years of backend-focused software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Proficiency in MongoDB Atlas (NoSQL).
• Proficiency in Aurora MySQL on AWS (Relational DB).
• Experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• API development with GraphQL (Netflix DGS).
• Experience building and operating large-scale, resilient systems on a major cloud platform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant software systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design with data-driven validation.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers.
• Clarify requirements and perform mid-level design work, focusing on coding, testing, and documentation.
