AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations that support a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment; 4+ years of backend experience and upper-intermediate English are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems experience.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation workflows — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
