DOXA Talent in Colombia is seeking a Senior Advanced Software Engineer to shape cloud-native solutions in an Azure-first environment. You will own end-to-end delivery, define architectural direction, and mentor engineers while collaborating with business teams and Data Engineering.

The role emphasizes AI tooling and modern development practices in a distributed, remote team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on C#/.NET experience, strong Azure expertise, and the ability to lead

Formación

10+ years of professional software development experience, with hands-on experience in C#/.NET in production environments.
Solid experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, using App Services, Functions, Event Grid, and relational databases.
Experience developing with AI tooling such Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Experience designing and building integrations with third‑party applications.
Experience owning systems in production environments and communicating with stakeholders.
Advanced English (C1) – able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Design and build cloud-native applications and services using primarily C#/.NET on Azure and Dynamics 365.
Utilize and support AI-based authoring tools and technologies such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Define architecture decisions and technical direction.
Own services end-to-end: design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance for scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Recruiting) and product owners.
Work with Data Engineering to build analytics-ready solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices and design patterns.
Own Azure DevOps and GitHub tooling and processes.
