MPS Group LLC in Bogotá seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and operate secure, scalable Azure-based infrastructure for a large U.S. retail platform.

This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Azure, Terraform, AKS, Kubernetes, cloud networking, security, and CI/CD, partnering with engineers and leadership to enable reliable production deployments. You will own deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps, implement IaC, and drive governance, monitoring, and security compliance

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
• 3+ years hands-on Azure in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Hands-on expertise with AKS, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Azure Networking.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security architecture, identity, and access management.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in large-scale cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive technical issues to resolution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support scalable and secure Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.
• Build consistent, repeatable environments using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Develop and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage Azure platform services including Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.
• Drive cloud modernization initiatives and infrastructure best practices across the platform.
• Implement monitoring, security controls, and deployment governance across environments.
