DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advanced Software Engineer to design, build, and own cloud-native services in an Azure-first environment. You will drive architectural decisions, own full lifecycle development, and collaborate with business, product, and Data Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and leveraging AI tooling such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery. Remote-friendly with international teamwork.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
• Deep hands-on experience in C#/.NET and building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience owning systems throughout their lifecycle and integrating with third-party apps.
• Advanced English (C1) – fluent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build cloud-native applications and services using C#/.NET on Azure.
• Own end-to-end services: design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
• Define architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Sales and Recruiting teams.
• Work with Data Engineering to enable analytics and AI tooling adoption.
