Worx1 is seeking a Level III Architectural Designer, Semi-Senior, to join the Medellín team on-site. You will develop and coordinate permit and construction document sets for U.S. projects, working with project managers, consultants, and clients in English.

The role requires advanced Revit/AutoCAD skills, knowledge of U.S. building codes, and experience coordinating with MEP and other disciplines. This is an on-site opportunity in Medellín, Colombia.

Formación

• Permit and construction document packages for U.S. projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and permitting processes.
• Experience coordinating with MEP and other engineering disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Independently develop and coordinate complete permit and construction document packages.
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance.
• Coordinate documentation with MEP and other disciplines.
• Respond to municipal review comments and prepare revisions.
