Gensler in Bogotá seeks an Architect to actively participate in all phases of the design process, delivering real-world technical solutions and coordinating with a team of architects and designers.

The role requires 5 years of project experience, a licensed architect, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong CAD/BIM skills including REVIT, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Rhino. You will work on diverse projects and contribute to client relations and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent.
• Licensed or registered architect.
• 5 years of project experience in an architectural practice.
• 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.
• Strong proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Additional skills in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communications, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the design and delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.
• Possess knowledge of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.
• Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of technical documents
• Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
• Produce architectural drawings.
• Support communication between the project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
• Other assigned responsibilities.
