Senior Architect (8–10 Years Experience) – Medical Buildings & Laboratories

Location: Remote (Colombia-based candidates only)

Contract Type: Full-time

WeCollabify is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 8 to 10 years of professional experience, specializing in the design and coordination of medical buildings, healthcare facilities, and laboratory projects. This role requires proven experience working on U.S. based projects, strong technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and coordination of healthcare and lab facilities for U.S. clients.
• Develop drawings, models, and detailed project documentation using Revit.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and project managers.
• Review project deliverables, ensure technical quality, and support efficient project workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing medical buildings, healthcare facilities, and laboratories.
• Proven experience working on U.S. projects (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, coordination).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. codes and healthcare design standards.
• English level: C1 (advanced), strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Must reside in Colombia and be available for remote collaboration across time zones.
