Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance required; master's in finance preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable processes and basic audit practices is expected.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish is required; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Validate supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number and date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with customers.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements and reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operational guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits of invoices and queries.
