BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI & Python Engineer to design, develop, and scale production‑grade AI systems. You will build robust backend applications and AI‑driven workflows, integrating language models and orchestration frameworks into production environments to deliver reliable, high‑performance backends.

You will lead scalable pipelines for retrieval‑augmented generation and intelligent agent workflows, implement automated MLOps, and collaborate with global teams to ensure secure cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Python development and building production‑grade AI systems.
• Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Solid hands‑on experience in API development and implementing MLOps workflows.
• Experience with cloud deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
