Job summary

Robots & Pencils seeks a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead end-to-end delivery for complex GenAI engagements. You will own the roadmap, define agent behavior, run evals, and guide discovery through phased rollout with production readiness.

• Deep AI fluency and ability to navigate non-deterministic systems at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI product engagements and client relationships.
• Own the full arc from discovery through phased rollout and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for complex AI engagements, from discovery to production readiness.
• Define and maintain AI product roadmaps linking agent capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead discovery activities including user research and stakeholder interviews; test assumptions early.
• Design and run experiments including POCs and pilot deployments for multi-step agentic workflows.
• Define agent behavior end-to-end including prompts, tool schemas, context management, and memory patterns.
• Own backlog management and sprint execution with engineering to maintain momentum.
• Establish evals frameworks covering task completion, reasoning, tool selection, and safety.
• Define success metrics at the agent level and align with business KPIs.
• Set human-in-the-loop boundaries and guardrails for autonomy vs escalation.
