Job summary

Gorilla Logic, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical design of AdVise, a campaign-management platform used to operate approximately 1,600 Google Ads and Meta accounts for automotive dealerships.

You will own the architecture, govern the write path and state models, and collaborate with engineers to deliver a scalable, secure solution while preparing for Release Two and AI harness governance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a solutions or software architect on production platforms that integrate with external systems at scale.
• Experience designing transactional, auditable write paths, including idempotency and retries.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous/event-driven architectures and queues.
• Experience integrating with rate-limited APIs and data contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single design authority for the platform and log decisions.
• Define the governed write-path and delta model with validation and dry runs.
• Design precedence rules and ownership models for multiple data sources and systems.
• Design the rules engine, including validation on import and workflow orchestration.
• Own the operating envelope for external platforms (Google Ads/Meta) and rate limits.
• Define security/identity model and approval matrix.
• Collaborate on integration architecture with external data sources and CRM/data warehousing.
• Determine build-versus-buy and cloud infra choices on AWS for maintainability.
• Translate complex requirements into maintainable designs with engineering teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, documents decisions, and mentor teams through handover.
