Job summary

BairesDev is a fully remote tech company delivering AI-powered solutions to global teams. In this Python AI Engineer role, you will build the agent and retrieval layer for an enterprise AI assistant, owning evaluation and evolving features in Python and potentially front-end work.

You’ll implement LangChain/LangGraph, develop RAG pipelines over diverse data sources, and collaborate with a global team to align with PST working hours and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience (8+ years for lead-level scope).
• Production experience with LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG over sources.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Build LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources.
• Hold evaluation coverage on the AI behavior you ship.
• Extend the existing Next.js frontend where your features require it.
