Job summary

BairesDev in Colombia seeks a Senior AI Engineer to shape the architecture of an enterprise AI assistant used across business functions. You'll stay hands-on in code, guiding orchestration design, retrieval strategy, and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.

You will collaborate with distributed engineering teams, work on LangChain/LLM workflows, and help advance security and data governance while building scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python and production LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with LLM evaluation strategies including offline evals or golden datasets.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems and REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• - Experience with React and TypeScript.
