Qualifikationen

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years in AP, AR, financial audit or similar roles.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of financial processes and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel / data analysis.
• Fluent in English (B2+)

• Lead and supervise analysts and auditors across multiple processes.
• Coordinate financial, compliance and operational activities to meet SLAs.
• Ensure accuracy of information and effectiveness of controls.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven decision making.
