PRGX, a global leader in source-to-pay data analytics and services, seeks a Team Lead in Medellín, Colombia. The role focuses on coordinating an auditing team, managing processes end-to-end, and delivering quality results for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a professional degree and have 3+ years in finance/audit, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel/data skills, plus fluent English. The role requires full-time work and Colombia work authorization.

Formación

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years in AP, AR, financial audit or similar roles.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of financial processes and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English (B2+)

Responsabilidades

• Operational coordination: plan, assign and supervise team activities and distribute workload among auditors.
• Audit process management: supervise credit analysis, identification of credits and validation of information in Client ERP Systems.
• Communications management: coordinate statement requests, reminders and supplier follow-up.
• Information and systems management: oversee uploads in Panoptic and client/project setup and access control.
• Quality assurance: implement quality controls and validate information before client invoicing.
• Project setup: coordinate approvals, vendor master cleanup and supporting documents.
• Continuous improvement: identify optimization opportunities and KPIs to drive performance.
• Team leadership: guide development of analysts and act as escalation point.
