Formación

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably 3+ years in AP, AR, financial audit or similar roles.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of financial processes and data analysis.
• SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel / data analysis.
• Fluent in English (B2+)

Responsabilidades

• Operational Coordination: Plan, assign, and supervise the team’s activities.
• Audit Process Management: Supervise credit analysis and validation of information in Client ERP Systems.
• Communications Management: Coordinate statement requests, communications and reminders with suppliers.
• Information and Systems Management: Oversee uploads and setup of clients and projects; manage accesses.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls and validate information before client invoicing.
• Project Setup: Coordinate approvals, vendor master management, and supporting documents.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities and KPI tracking.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support analysts and act as escalation point.
