Pluxee Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Lead Architect to guide enterprise architecture across domains. You will design and deliver complex, scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and drive IA/GenAI initiatives with cloud native patterns.

Based in Bogotá, you will collaborate with global teams to ensure governance, data standards, and secure AI usage while advancing transformation and continuity programs.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in architecture or advanced software development.
• Desirable experience implementing IA/GenAI components in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Design solutions with analytics, ML and GenAI features aligned to business needs.
• Validate implementations, ensure software quality and safe AI usage.
• Drive technological evolution and tool adoption across teams.
• Standardize solutions using enterprise patterns and cloud patterns.
• Coordinate with global architecture for governance and data standards.
