Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Senior Program Operations Supervisor to lead our Operations Program Management team, guiding cross-functional execution to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

Based onsite in Santa Isabel, PR, the role requires strong leadership, program management, and the ability to drive recovery plans for at-risk programs while collaborating with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of Operations Program Leads supporting multiple customer programs.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for overdue parts numbers with clear actions, ownership, and timelines.
• Present program performance, recovery plans, and risks to leadership and customers.
• Monitor program metrics and drive actions to improve delivery performance and satisfaction.
• Lead customer visits and coordinate cross-functional activities for successful engagements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Supply Chain to meet commitments.
• Drive timely implementation of ECs, CRs, deviations, and configuration updates to prevent disruptions.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers and internal teams, communicating progress and mitigation plans.
• Mentor Operations Program Leads and support workload prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
