GEODIS Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Analyst to lead the U.S. consolidation close and global data integrity efforts. You will design controls, automate ERP data flows, and build sophisticated financial models to drive performance insights.

You will prepare trial balances, intercompany reconciliations, and key financial statements, while collaborating with Tax and Audit teams to ensure compliance. Strong Excel and data visualization skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize month-end close processes for U.S. consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Design and implement data controls and validation to ensure data reliability and traceability.
• Automate data integrations across ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains) and consolidation tools to reduce manual effort.
• Develop complex financial models, identify trends, variances, and drivers of performance.
• Prepare trial balances, equity roll-forwards, and income statements ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
• Present findings and variance explanations in close meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee intercompany processes with data analytics to ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting and regulatory compliance disclosures.
• Collaborate with Tax and Audit teams providing data and analysis for external reviews.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards to support business strategy.
• Utilize Excel macros, Power Query, and data modeling to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement via automation and data visualization.

• Design and execute data controls and validation processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and traceability of financial data.
• Manage and drive automation of data integrations across ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains) and consolidation tools, reducing manual effort.
• Develop and analyze complex financial models, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of corporate performance.
• Prepare and analyze trial balances, equity roll-forwards, and income statements, ensuring data integrity and generating actionable insights.
• Facilitate financial close meetings, presenting key findings and variance explanations to stakeholders.
• Manage intercompany processes, leveraging data analytics to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Support the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and clarity.
• Collaborate with Tax and Audit teams, providing accurate data and analytical support for compliance and external reviews.
• Build ad hoc reports and analyses, as well as financial dashboards that support business strategy.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools (macros, Power Query, data modeling) and other analytical solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, data visualization, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic partner with a strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
