GEODIS INTERSERVICES is seeking a senior financial professional in Bogotá to lead global month-end close and data control initiatives. You will automate ERP data integrations, build financial models, and prepare accurate trial balances and statements for management and regulators.

With BAC+5 or a Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience, you will present insights in close meetings, support intercompany reconciliations, and deliver dashboards to drive strategic decisions in a dynamic, global

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize month-end close processes for U.S. consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and execute data controls to ensure reliability and traceability of financial data.
• Automate data integrations across ERP systems and consolidation tools to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and analyze complex financial models, identify trends and key performance drivers.
• Prepare trial balances, equity roll-forwards, and income statements with data integrity.
• Facilitate financial close meetings and present findings and variance explanations.
• Manage intercompany processes and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Tax and Audit teams providing data and analytics support.
• Build ad hoc reports and dashboards to support business strategy.
• Leverage advanced Excel (macros, Power Query, data modeling) to enhance reporting.
